Its activities include research, training, publishing, territorial animation, help, and consultation. Training and research are the main activities, with a focus on professional upgrading, retraining, and the creation and administration of highly competent training programs.

Established in 1987 as the training services realization organization of the Gruppo Imprese Artigiane Industriali Terziarie (Tertiary Artisan Industrial Enterprises Group) and the Unione Parmense degli Industriali (Confindustria), it has always been distinguished by its capacity to advance the region’s industrial culture and business development through a well-planned set of initiatives that are in step with the changing demands of the market. Cisita Parma efforts are broken down into three main areas of activity: research and experimentation, pathways for young people and job seekers, and training for employers and employees. Over 11,000 people and 1,100 employers received more than 34,000 hours of training from Cisita Parma in 2016. Over 1,900 courses were offered in all. Since 1999, Cisita Parma is officially accredited by the Emilia-Romagna Region.

It was founded in 1992 as a result of a project desired by the Ministry of Southern Italy and Formez aimed at creating Centers of Excellence in training in the South entitled “Prosvi/Formez: Center for the dissemination of business culture.” Consvip is a vocational training, consulting and research agency with the objective of operating in training for employed, unemployed and first-time job seekers. It has its offices in the regions of Campania, Lazio, Lombardy, Basilicata, Apulia and Calabria.

As such, it must offer training programs in Campania Region.

Located in Palermo, Training and Business Consulting was established in 1991. It has more than 20 years of experience in business consulting and training. Aimed at continuing education in private firms, the training activity considers national and regional initiatives within its experience backdrop, working closely with various partners on particular intervention areas. Since 2004, it has developed a solid experience in the planning and administration of intricate training initiatives under the major interprofessional funds, Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti. As a result, it has partnered with businesses to support the management of related funding and employee continuing education.

In addition for having UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certified in sectors EA 37 and 35 (Design and provision of training and real services to SMEs and public bodies) at both Potenza and Naples offices, it is a training institution authorized for the provision of training by both Basilicata and Apulia Regions. Additionally, I.S.F.I.Ma is a part of Sistemi Formativi Confindustria (S.F.C.), a nationwide network of training-related organizations supported by Confindustria.
