We closely monitor Italian and EU environmental regulations, with a particular focus on the sustainability of the agri-food products and processing methods that take into account social, economic, and ecological factors. We actively seek to represent the interests and viewpoints of our industry by establishing effective communication with influential policy makers at Italian and EU levels

We dedicate particular consideration to preventing food waste at every stage of the production process, managing packaging, recovering by-products, and promoting energy efficiency.
