OPERATIONAL AREAS

We prevent the risk of discrimination against specific food, nutrients, or substances by giving customers the resources they need to make daily, balanced decisions about their whole diet through:

• A large selection of enhanced and reformulated products offering more suitable answers to the requirements of a healthy diet.
• The compulsory nutrition label with seven elements (energy, fat, saturated fatty acids, carbs, sugars, protein, and salt). Additionally, there is the optional FOP NutrInform Battery nutrition label, which gives consumers easy-to-understand information about the nutritional value of the nutrients included in a portion of a product.
• Advertising self-discipline norms should be promoted and enforced, and ethical practices of “honest, fair, and truthful” advertising should be encouraged.
