At the same time, the project opens the agrifood and veterinary ecosystem to workers from other sectors, encouraging broader skills development and knowledge exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consortium<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium is composed of <strong>27 partners<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>10 Education and Training Providers:<\/strong> UNITO, WU, AU, AERES, UNITE, UHOH, UMU, INFOR, CTAEX, and AKMI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3 Education and Training Networks:<\/strong> ISEKI, EFVET, and ACEEU.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>13 Agrifood Industry Representatives:<\/strong> CONFAGRICOLTURA, COPA-COGECA, FDE, EIT Food, LVA, ANIA, FIAB, GZS, SEVT, SCOOP, FEDERALIMENTARE, CLITRAVI, and CONFAGRI-PT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 European Veterinary Board:<\/strong> EBVS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Building on the achievements of the <strong>FIELDS Blueprint for Agriculture and Forestry<\/strong>, the project will provide tools to address future skills challenges by offering curricula aligned with <strong>10 occupational profiles (EQF levels 4, 5, and 6)<\/strong>, comprising a total of <strong>3,200 hours of training<\/strong> and <strong>3,600 hours of internships<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, <strong>16 trainers<\/strong> and <strong>120 learners<\/strong> will benefit from pilot training programmes implemented across <strong>eight countries<\/strong>. In addition, <strong>40 students<\/strong> will complete work-based learning programmes that include advanced entrepreneurship training and involve <strong>32 teachers and trainers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main areas of focus include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One Health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bioeconomy and sustainability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business and entrepreneurship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soft skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emerging trends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The training programme consists of <strong>four modules<\/strong> and is available in <strong>seven languages<\/strong> through the project&#8217;s online learning platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expected Impact<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 27 partners, representing <strong>11 countries<\/strong>, will identify priority skills needs and gaps, develop occupational profiles and detailed curricula, and design both a <strong>European strategy<\/strong> and <strong>eight national roadmaps<\/strong> tailored to the specific needs of participating countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, the project will ensure compliance with European quality standards, including <strong>ESCO<\/strong> and <strong>EQAVET<\/strong>, to facilitate learner mobility across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A strong connection will also be established with the <strong>Pact for Skills<\/strong> initiative, enabling the sharing of project content and results among Pact signatories and contributing to a broader European upskilling and reskilling
