{"id":2324,"date":"2023-11-15T09:22:25","date_gmt":"2023-11-15T08:22:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.federalimentare.it\/who-we-are\/giovani-imprenditori\/"},"modified":"2024-09-13T15:18:28","modified_gmt":"2024-09-13T13:18:28","slug":"group-of-young-entrepreneurs","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.federalimentare.it\/en\/who-we-are\/group-of-young-entrepreneurs\/","title":{"rendered":"Group of young entrepreneurs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>Group of Young Entrepreneurs of Federalimentare (GIF)<\/strong> is a group of under-40 entrepreneurs established by Federalimentare in <strong>2003<\/strong>: its mission is promoting initiatives aimed at raising awareness of and increasing\u00a0 knowledge of the political, social, economic, and technological issues facing the <strong>Italian food and beverage industry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an <strong>effective, driven group<\/strong> that aims to instill in its members a sense of responsibility for their <strong>social and ethical roles<\/strong> as well as a spirit of cooperation and free initiative, which is the primary expression of entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COMPOSITION AND REGULATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>President<\/strong>, the <strong>Central Council<\/strong>, and the <strong>National Council<\/strong> make up the <strong>Group of Young Entrepreneurs of Federalimentare<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Central Council<\/strong> has managerial duties and consists of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The President<\/strong> > Mr. GUGLIELMO GENNARO AURICCHIO \u2013 Gennaro Auricchio SpA (dairy &#8211; ASSOLATTE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 Vicepresidents<\/strong> > Mr. GIACOMO FANIN \u2013 Cereal Docks (first agrifood production processing for producing ingredients &#8211; ASSALZOO) | Mr. LORENZO MOTTOLINI \u2013 Salumificio Mottolini (cold cuts and \u201cbresaola\u201d &#8211; ASSICA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 Advisers:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mr. PAOLO DALLA GIOVANNA \u2013 Molini Dallagiovanna (milling &#8211; ITALMOPA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ms. FRANCESCA PANCRAZIO \u2013 Pancrazio SpA (canned vegetables &#8211; ANICAV)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ms. CATERINA BORGIOLI \u2013 Molino Borgioli SpA (semolina and flours &#8211; ITALMOPA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ms. GIULIA LEONARDI \u2013 Igor Srl (dairy &#8211; ASSOLATTE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mr. ANTONIO ZANETTI \u2013 Zanetti SpA (dairy &#8211; ASSOLATTE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mr. FABIO MACR\u00cc \u2013 Fabbri 1905 SpA (ingredients for gelato, pastry and beverage &#8211; UNIONFOOD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ms. MARTINA GALTIERI \u2013 Specialmangimi Galtieri SpA (animal feed &#8211; ASSALZOO)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>National Council<\/strong> is composed of delegates appointed by Federalimentare Associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/RegolamentoGIF_2016.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Regulations<\/a>, which were created in 2003 and revised in 2017, as well as the <strong>ethical code<\/strong>, set forth the <strong>activities and tasks of the Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRIORITIES AND MAIN OBJECTIVES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Group of Young Entrepreneurs of Federalimentare commits considerable amount of effort into achieving these goals:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Encourage the Group\u2019s aggregation to advance Made In Italy global reputation of excellence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize training sessions for Members, such as company visits, to improve skills and keep entrepreneurs informed about emerging trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule regular meetings to deepen and organize events and activities that would be of interests for entrepreneurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan opportunities for discussions and thematic workshops with all the important stakeholders of the agrifood supply-chain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage dialogue among other Young Entrepreneurs Groups from different industries, such as, agriculture, fashion and furniture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">JOINING THE YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS GROUP OF FEDERALIMENTARE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Would you like to become a Young Entrepreneur of Federalimentare<\/strong>?
